Trevor Lee
Managing Director
Trevor is always looking for opportunities to make a difference. His view of the world comes from having been immersed in cultures of East and West – his time living and working in Indonesia and Japan are instrumental to TravConsult.
He constantly travels back to key Asian markets, not just for the sensational food and people, but to learn and be inspired.
Grateful to be doing what he loves, Trevor also treasures the community in which he lives – surrounded by good friends, family, living by the beautiful Pacific Ocean. His current joy is surfing with Lilly & playing guitar while his daughter sings.
Lilly Choi-Lee

Lilly is Jill-of-all-trades – master of some! She works closely with all clients to create, develop and facilitate programs that change attitudes and challenge the status quo.
When she’s not creating or travelling, Lilly practices yoga and on occasions, karate. She loves French champagne, fine food & surfing with Trevor at their local surf breaks.
Lilly’s greatest inspiration to date remains their daughter, a constant teacher and reminder that anything is possible.

Samara is a true digital native with a talent for creating engaging and impactful online programs. Her passion for the markets TravConsult serves—China, Japan, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam—comes to life through her firsthand travel experiences, offering Clients invaluable Gen Z insights.
When TravConsult embraced e-learning to inspire and educate Client teams on key Asian markets, Samara was the perfect choice to lead the way. With her fresh approach to online content and dynamic presentation style, she helps Clients connect with the evolving needs of today’s and tomorrow’s Asian travellers, ensuring they stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
